Shocking experiences with this firm. Unfortunately, my firm uses this company to administer both it's FSAs and HSAs, so I'm stuck with these over zealous administrators. My account was arbitrarily moved into an inactive status freezing the funds - my hard earned money inaccessible! Who do they think they are?!?! My company had to call to activate the account - since when does my employer have control of my earned money?!?! Don't even get me started on the ridiculous receipt requests. The liable party is ME! I'll answer to an IRS audit with my more than sufficient receipts. Really terrible and pestering firm.
