I have purchased 9 windows so far, all but 1 were a special order, I spend between 300.00 & 700.00 a month with Home Depot. I don't think that I am special or anything like that, but I received 3 special order windows for the first time the glass looked cheap. While I was installing the 3, through no flat of the vendors the upper glass broke. I ordered a new replacement glass, the timetable will tell my discontent Ordered 3 windows received all in 3 weeks yea happy. broke glass upper. ordered the new glass in the month of may was told it "might" come in early the given date was 07/01/21 this is this date we have been told now 2 more weeks. Boo, not happy. Just one tiny detail these were special orders only because HD quite stocking this size with grills which I wanted, remember the glass was a standard size for American Craftsman. Boo want buy another I will gow to Lowe's and apply for a card.
