We have just heard that our swimming pools and fitness center, playground and outside courts will not reopen again this year due to COVID insurance issues. There are numerous communities in CT and NY that are opening(non- Toll Brothers.) with the proper safety protocol followed. It is difficult to understand why Toll Brothers Headquarters cannot address this. Please do not have someone from Toll Rivington contact me as I have already spoken to them with no resolution. We in Rivington are also assuming that the new units you are selling you are informing potential buyers that there are no amenities. Unfortunately the website still shows amenities which is false. User's recommendation: Check on amenities before buying.
