Amazon and Etsy Integration

I have had nothing but problems with Gearbubble, and their customer assistance is nonexistent. I bought a pricey sales program from another vendor, and her entire system is based on Gearbubble. As a result of the problems that I have not been able to sell my items on Amazon or Etsy as advertised for almost three weeks. I have two problems that are still not resolved. One is for the integration with Amazon. The GB system keeps rejecting my Market ID for the US market. I am an American living in the US. I have checked the number over and over again, and it is the same number for the US market that it has been for years. Believe me, I have followed the instructions, checked everything repeatedly, and even had family members go over it too. But, no go. I have sent a stack of emails asking for help. Crickets. It makes no sense. The second problem is the integration with Etsy. The system finally says that I signed up for the plan, but every time I I try to set up the connection with Etsy set up it tells me I need to sign up for the plan. Same thing, followed the instructions, yada, yada. Three weeks later no connection, no response to my plaintive emails. All I want is to get set up, like all the other Gearbubble customers. If I screwed up. okay. If they did, fix it. I want to be their customer, but so far I have not been treated like one.
