Problem appears to be resolved! Company promised to refund money taken from my account and discontinue my involvement with their vip program which I never signed up for!! It will be 3-5 days before I see the refund. I asked for explanation and was told I checked a box that asked if I wanted to receive 10% off from my purchases. That deceptive little move signs you up for this 12+ dollar per month fee. But on a positive note customer service was very respectful, helpful and responsive!! User's recommendation: Read the fine print dont fall for deceptive offers.
