Always take your Outback Steakhouse receipt especially if paying cash

Dined at Outback Steakhouse in St. Augustine, Florida on 1/28/2020. Ordered 2 filets and drinks. Gave waiter (George) my dine rewards card and paid cash $53.25 plus 20% tip. Have not received credit for that visit. (usually received an email before I return home) Did not take copy of my bill because I leave it with my cash. (as I always do) This has never happened before and I always use the dine card.
