Although I was at home all day long I didn’t get anything

I ordered a flower 5 days ago and it was supposed to come today as a new year gift.But although I was at home all day long I didn't get anything. And when I called them for the item they said that it was left but they don't know where.SO GREAT. Now as a apology they promised to send new one on monday but now its meaningless cos it was for new year!!
