I ordered 100 pens on 4/3/19 online from orderpens.com for my business. The business name and address on the pens was correct but the phone number was wrong. I called them and they said they were sorry but they could only give me 10% off my next order or 10% off a replacement order. out of curiosity, I called the number on the pens they sent me and it is none of my business lines. It is a number for another suite in our building complex. These pens are no good to us! I would like to get the pens redone with the correct phone number without any extra charge.
