Almost 7 months for open claim and still getting the run around

Opened a claim Jan 7 and still not resolved. We have asked numerous times in our many many phone calls to have corporate information in which they declined. So they were to have corporate call us back , we never received any kind of communication back. Our membership ends in 77 days and worried they can just write us off Ugh . User's recommendation: Definitely research before you commit.
