Allegiant needs to get a better customer service phone service
I was charged twice for a ticket on two different cards . I was trying to pay with one card and the app was not letting me purchase it with that so I had to use another one . So when I was done I received and email and when I do I have too flight tickets one with each card . I right away called the airline I was on the phone for 3long hrs I had to cook so I hung up . They said the best time to call was 9pm to 4am so I did was on the phone yet again for another 3 hrs til my phone died . So the next day I drove 2hrs to airport to find out they could not help User's recommendation: I was told to dispute with my bank so I did . This airlines need a better form of Communication.
