6 tires on a work truck never touched the road as I was rebuilding the truck for safety . All tires got costly UV protection spray on them without fail. Time went by and got distracted by life. Less than 9 or ten years again never saw the road. All tires split between the treads all of them all around. Total loss. Great looking tires but possibly bad formulation and or process. Got past around by their "let's see if we are in trouble" reps., until they felt they could kick me to the curb, and they did. Stuff like, it must be your fault and shelf life stuff. I have tires on a very old truck from the early 70's, tires are still solid, I won't use them on the road but still solid. Very shabby customer treatment. Since it was stored who knows when my tires split but for sure I will split from Hankook, permanently . The preceding is my opinion based on my experience. User's recommendation: Avoid this tire company.
