The first of the year all my Big Fish Games began running hinky .. now some will not even load, but all others run like they are floating or freeze. Games that were running fine in Dec 2020, suddenly would not load, freeze or the cursor would float and the game ran so slow that it takes an hour to run a single level. Big Fish's response is we'll give you a coupon for a new game. I want ALL my games to run properly, new or old. They are taking no responsibility. We're talking 100's of games here and Big Fish is not offering any fix for the problem(s). User's recommendation: Write, call complain until Big Fish does something to correct this problem!
