I have tried several #phone and Email on my Oster toaster and oven only not quit 10 months old and it just stopped I have checked every thing other than setting it out for trash my next move and buy another brand User's recommendation: Sorry but I did get a responce from Oster and they are sending me a brand new one by Friday I am very Happy.
