we were going to try to get a loan and purchase a home, they had all of our paperwork they needed. Told the loan officer up front that I had a Bankruptcy that wasn't two years old yet. Three weeks went by and a number of calls to them asking what was going on and to give us a yes or no answer oh you will hear something later today or tomorrow, no three weeks later its a no because of your Bankruptcy. They were also doing a refi for my daughter and son-in-law got all docs up front of pay ETC! then to come back also 3 weeks later to say oh your debt to ratio is to much. Just tell people up front why the three weeks? Very poor service.
