We've had Northstar since 2014. We decided to make a major move to another state and was told we could not stop the service. When asked why, the representative said we signed a two-year contract and cannot stop the service until 2022, a entire year from now. We have not signed a contract since 2014. We should NOT have to pay for a service we don't have, especially since there is no signed contract since 2014. This is a deceptive practice and I am reporting to whoever will listen.
