Airticket cash not refunded and no information

I tried to book airticket from goibibo via kodak mahindra bank. The attempt was a failure, reason is also unaware. My cash got deducted from my bank account around 9700 inr. I didnt get any information regarding the refund either in my mobile number or mail id. Being a consumer i need proper information and clarification reagrding the incident. Booking id: GOFLIKMBCB162659**** User's recommendation: bad.
