I ordered this tool online on 4th May 2017 and 2 days later a guy called to say they were out of stock and I told him I would have to cancel the order then. I ordered my air stapler from somewhere else and got it the next day. 2 days after that a parcel turned up without any warning which was the cancelled order and I then noticed that of course the payment had gone out of my account. Since then I have called and emailed the company numerous times and left voice messages. I have received no response. I would like them to guarantee a refund including postage as I had asked the guy to cancel it and I didn't want what he proposed as an alternative. Having seen so many complaints on the internet I am reluctant to return the goods as I can see that in once instance they declare they didn't receive the goods back
