Back in 2014 my father was charged 2 times for one ticket, He called back and spoke to a customer care specialist who told my father he had 8 years to use the second ticket because the company couldn`t reimbursement his money back, it took forever for him to be able to speak to the specialist and after waiting for so long customer care didn`t give him the correct information. He was hoping to be able to use this air fair next month traveling to el Salvador.
