AHS didn’t replace my A/C when it stopped working. I was paying $82.92 debited from my account each month. AHS didn’t replace my system. I paid almost $7,000 of my own money to replace a new system.

The A/C went out in May of 2018 a day after my grand son's graduation. Family was here visiting. AHS called the service company here in Louisiana to come out to see what was wrong. The company they sent told them it needed to be replaced inside and out. They refused and said they would only replace the coils. The techs couldn't understand this. This didn't just happen to me alone. User's recommendation: Stop SUPPORTING AHS. They are not trust worthy. They keep showing commercials to replace but they don't. The Louisiana Attorney General's office said they have many reported cases about AHS not replacing broken items but taking peoples money.
