Agsnt refused to give me a recipt.

I paid for gas. The pump told me to see agent. Went seen the agent after just leaving out of the store, paying for my gas. She then tells me that the system refined it back to my card. I asked for a receipt, she tells me she can't give me one. Then I asked to be moved to another pump, she said she couldn't do that either. I then asked her to write down the information that I was asking for, she then told me no because I refuse to leave. All I wanted was a receipt because the money came out of my account and I did not get any gas. The agent attitude was very horrible. I tried to take take her picture she User's recommendation: Serious customer service training.
