I booked at Agenor Hotel in Paris from 12 to 19 of February that was unrefundable through booking.com. At the arrival, i asked the hotel if i can cancel, they told me its nonrefunable as i chose on bookong.com so they forced me to pay. After going to my room, i received an email from booking.com saying my reservation was cancelled because my credit card was invalid! I went down to the reception, and told him why you didnt tell me my reservation was cancelled, and the man told me no no nothing is wrong. They lied to me and did not tell me my reservation was cancelled and forced me to pay eventhough i asked for cancellation. I stayed four nights and wanted to checkout, they didnt accept to refund and basically told me i cant do anything to them. I want a complaint against the dishonesty of the hotel, and i want booking.com to solve this issue. I want the refund of the three nights i didnt spend there.
