Age discrimination issue

2

Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce will have a cause of action filed against the ones who are responsible for discriminating against an older person seeking employment in November of last year. I will also be filing a cause of action in federal court against Richard Benton and Andy Gibson, if a resolution cannot be worked out. As we all know, MDAC is funded by Mississippi tax payers like myself, and by grant funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (Federal Grants),taxes (my money as well), and it is against the law to discriminate in hiring practices since the 1967 age discrimination act came into being. Discriminating in the hiring process also prohibited the applicant from participating in the 4 week long training program, in Atlanta, Georgia, that is required when hired for the position of meat inspector trainee in forest county, thus was discriminated against for that as well. Anyway, people up there in Jackson with smirks on their face, and laughing about it, and just don't care, well, let me tell you, there are consequences to egregious acts of discrimination and those responsible will be held accountable from the top all the way down. I have the resources to make that happen and the process has begun. I think you are a good governor, I voted for you, but maybe you are oblivious to the situation, I don't know, but something needs to be done. The EEOC charge number is, 423-201*-00299 , and the EEOC has evidence to prove the allegation in the form of two letters from Richard Benton, and an email from his secretary, MS Robin Ingram. The EEOC has begun the process and it will be filing a cause of action in federal court if something cannot be worked out in the course of the process. I wanted to upload a screenshot of the evidence, but there is no where in this blog to upload it, sorry. But, the fact of the matter is, it happened and now is the time for those who tried to sweep it under the rug, who (by the lack of actions), said oh, well, nothing will be done, cause the applicant was nothing more than a country hick, or something to that affect, to own up to what has been done. The applicant should be paid and, or offered another position to settle it once and for all. Of course, we all know that the social media outlets will be glad to get all of this on their websites, on their blogs, like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, google, and other social media platforms. Mr Governor sir, I hope you can use your influence to communicate with those at the MDAC, and voice your opinion about the matter and maybe give them some good advice on making it right, which would be the right course of action as a leader in this government in the Great State of Mississippi. If you have any issues you may want to call MR William Jones Jr, at 601-948-8423, he is the Federal Investigator who has the case, maybe ya'll can work something out, and he can let the victim of the discrimination know of what is going on , (keep him up to date). When you call him make sure you give him the charge # listed 423-201*-00299. I don't hold you personally responsible sir, but you are the Governor, so I implore you to maybe contact someone in that agency who you can communicate with and give them some good advice on making things right, which would be a good thing since you are the head of the government here in the Great State of Mississippi, and in consideration of you being a public employee as well, as I do contribute to your salary in the form of my taxes that I pay every year, every two weeks, every month, etc. We the people are tired of those who are suppose to represent us, fail to do so with heir own agendas.
