Update by user Jun 13, 2020 This is not the first time I havent been able to log in. It asks me to input my old password to get a new password due to forgetting the last one! Since customer support is MIA I will try to call when after 9:00? After thecweekend? IDK since the recording just says they are unavailable at this time. Original review posted by user Jun 13, 2020 So my last complaint was that suddenly my card was getting declined everywhere I tried to use it no matter where I attempted to use it. I had to call each time and argue to be reimbursed the fees. Now I can't log in to my account and the customer support line is unavailable. I work at night and used to be able to call 24/7. Now there is a message that says c.s. is not available at this time. It was working well enough to send a text msg telling me the card was charged $10.00. when I am in bed sleeping! Second or third time this has happened. User's recommendation: Dont bother with them as they wont be bothered with their customers.
