After 6 weeks I still did not have my car

I was in a car accident - end of May.I was sceptical about the 3rd party panel shopworkshop my car was sent to - curtousy cars available.I then upgraded to have a rental car. AT AN INCREASED FEE. After 2 weeks I was told that I only qualified for this car for 2 weeks. The workshop haven't finished with my car yet as additional damages were reported weekly. I was extremely upset-should have been picked up during the initial assessment. My rental car option was extended. After 6 weeks I still did not have my car. I finally received it on 29 July! I received a letter informing me that budget is INCREASING THEIR FEES ACROSS THE BOARD! Approx 1 month later I had to take my car back as the one wheel was pointing outwards. clamps around the stabaliser bar also came loose. I was told that a bolt check was never done> This is unacceptable! the past week i had to take my car in. diagnosis? I lost a bolt and the same clamps are loose yet again! I have never has this problem only since the work on the car was done. I recently moved - YET ANOTHER INCREASE! I was informed that there is some additional damage that need to be repaired now. I am considering consumer expert help!
