Advance payment for an unobtainable language tutor which is not being refunded

I chose a Polish tutor via Tutoroo and I paid $60 NZD on 26th June 2020 for two lessons with that specific tutor to Tutoroo. The Polish Tutor I chose was not able to be contacted and I am left with no tutor. They offered online lessons which I do not want. I have since asked for a refund but only received apologies and requests to be contacted by Tutoroo via What's App despite having told them three times that I don't used this App and prefer to correspond via emails or the online chat. All I want now is to be refunded as I have pre-paid for a service which does not exist which amounts to false advertising from the Tutoroo Team.
