I financed my dental plan with Dental first. 5000,900 Was told by the admin people when my insurance plan paid, the money would be transferred to dental first. This was not true. The admin person did not file a claim with my insurance. I had to call and instigate that action.When my insurance paid the amount was not forwarded to the finance company. Again I had to It instigate that action.. What it appears is the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
