Additional $600 required to take package that does not expire until April 5, 2019

Update by user Feb 27, 2019 Status has not changed. The company will not honor the package without giving them more money for a trip that does not expire until April 5, 2019. So far all their customer service web sites do not work. The web pages are not valid. I will have to make a claim in small claims in Florida because the way they have them selves set up they are scott free in California. I will update this web site with their legal address that I retained from small claims court. Original review posted by user Jan 28, 2019 I paid for a package, but was not able to take it due to an injury. I paid for an extension which is April 5, 2019. Called to inquire about the package. Was first told that: 1. No available dates until middle of May 2019. 2. You have to give notice to use package 60 days in advance. Had 80. 3. I would have to pay an additional $600 to re-active the package...that did not expire until April 5, 2019. Why would I give additional money when the package does not expire until April 5, 2019. They have the requested time needed to book. They keep coming up with reasons to give them more money and not honor the package.
