My ex had a old bill at another addresses we moved to a new house then me and my ex broke up and got the bill out his name my8 year old daughter put the electric in her name and this is her first bill she's ever had being a adult,we provide it all the information including copies of her ID and the lease saying who's on it & TEP is making my daughter pay for my ex old account which is 600 and sent it to the credit collecter are they allowed to do that? My daughter has nothing to do with my ex's electric bill nor should she be paying any of his bill
