ordered the Fix It car and scratch kit/creams. You are beseiged with pages of other junk they want you to order before transaction is complete. You must respond yes/no to each page to continue. They offer a "free" turbo vac but little print shows $12.95 in shipping and handling for this "free" item. I clicked on no, and completed the process thinking I was ordering just the scratch stuff. Shipment came with the *** cheap turbo vac. They insisted I ordered it and won't give my money back on it. They said there was one more time at the end where I had to decline the vac at the end. If it was there I was so weary from the process of ordering and reading all the other junk offers they want you to buy, I never was aware what happened. Very tricky. They are making tons of $ with the $13 they charge for this piece of junk. Very sneaky. Consumer beware of this company. Ripping off the public with their order process.
