I was not told that my 4-year warranty for a laptop computer would be voided when the computer was replaced. My laptop computer was unjustifiably replaced and my warranty has now been voided after 2-years of owning the computer. A laptop replacement should replace the laptop within the warranty. It is also outrageous not to be provided a reason as to why my computer could not be fixed and had to be replaced. There are too many unknowns in this picture on my side of the table and I spent around $1,600 with circuity on this single purchase. I'm am extremely upset with this situation and will be spreading the news on this warranty procedure. It should be made clear to everyone purchasing the warranty that it will be voided when the unit is replaced. This can be easily accomplished by having a check box filled in upon the purchase. This will not be told to a customer by a salesperson when the customer is handing over an additional 400-500 dollars before they walk out of the store.
