Acer laptop battery only last for 28min

I am not happy with my purchase. I bought an Acer Aspire Switch Alpha 12 8Gb 2 days ago I charged it fully and excited to begin about 28-30 minutes it turned off. I tried again today same thing, but I timed it how long it take to shut off it's 28min 50sec the battery was still 80% while it's turning off. There is also a few scratches on the laptop.
