Account restriction too many times

I bought many items during the month of August and I was somehow restricted and forced to give out my ID. They helped and unblocked my account. But, all my items were refunded and I can't shop freely because I was restricted again on Thursday, August 12th in the same month! What is going on with wish? Why do they keep restricting my account when I already sent them an ID. I want real people on this website to help us and I want the employees of wish to take notice and remove the automated restriction! They are unreasonably making me waste my valuable time and stealing my information by forcing me to send my ID many times because they claim my account is "restricted"! Please help me! I don't know what to do anymore.
