Account Reset

Hi, I had to sign back into my activision on cold war and it has completely reset my account to new and I have spent quite a lot of money and spent a lot of time getting to the rank I was my activision is diabet0_#4527**** but it has now been changed to diabet0#999****? HELP PLEASE OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK THANKS
