Good Day I took a loan with @African Bank, lost my job than I couldn't pay the loan. As soon as I got employment I settled the loan and that was in 2019. However I'm getting a message saying, "AB LEGAL COLLECTIONS/IN ARREARS", I'm not sure what that means, so I requested a call back from African Bank, they called [protected], I was assisted by Zolile Nosilele who gave me an attitude, he then told me there's nothing they can do because I did not stick to the conceptual terms, to my surprise he didn't even have my account open, he didn't know the status of my account, can I have this resolved and put people who are equipped with customer service skills.
