account open without consent and renewal

My one assist account was started vide relationship no.[protected] Plan Privilege-Individual without my consent. Immediately, I talk to executive of one assist and complaint about it. It was suggested that not to register any of your card and your debited amount was reversed in due course. Neither amount was debited nor account was discontinued. On 14.12.2017 I call customer care where I talked to Priyanka at 8.40 a.m. to remind her to not to renew my account. She told me that renewal notice was sent to you two month before, I requested her to tell me Identity Proof of receiver, no such identity proof was there because company sent no such notice. finally, she registered complaint vide no. 2658068 and assure me for solution. 2. Later, I got sms on 15.12.2017 for plan upgradation for enhanced WA Privilege single Plan vide relationship no. 1552814 ignoring my request/complaint of discontinuation. 3. After registering complaint for discontinuation of account my account was not stopped. I again requested to stop/discontinue account immediately and reversed debited amount from date of initiation along with interest payable to me. If my request is not consider in stipulate time I have no option to sue you in Consumer Court for not considering request and opened account without consent customer.
