Account hacked
Im not happy with how capitec solve my incident of my account being hacked and the money was transferred to a std bank account as they say, I was told that I will get a feedback after 30 days from 26th November 2021 till 17th January 2022 and no feedback was given until I decide to go to the branch and I was told investigation is done and its not their fault of how the account was hacked of which I know there was no leakage of my banking details on my side I fail to understand how is that possible to loose money in the bank and nothing is being cleared to you
