I've lost my phone sim card and cannot log-in and have asked customer service for help to log in again. They just answered that I have to confirm my account so they can delete it. I wrote again that I asked for help to log in again and no answer! I then send them a description of my profile and send the a pic og me with a date on a paper and I have contacted the customer service for at least 3-4 times and they never answered me and I had to ask one guy I've matched with on instagram who confirmed that my account is still active and I cannot log in!! It's not the first time the customer service sucks!! Last time using that app with people who can't even figure out how to help the users. They apparently have no idea how to help.
