Account created for a product Dell now says was out of stock 2wks ago

On July 29th I created a credit account specifically for a Samsung HW-Q950A - Q Series - sound bar system. 1. After randomly checking the status of my order (Today 08/102021), I found that my account was locked for "verification?" 2. I called after going from rep to rep to rep, I finally get my account unlocked. 3. Now(after an added 2hrs) I find that the item I wasted 2wks for (and having to adj. to my credited report) was never in stock? ?? 4. This is an issues especially after being on the phone with customer service (at least in name) that basically tells me I've made all my adjustment and risk a negative mark on my good credit to purchase a product that's been falsely advertised as being "in stock" 5. Even worse was the rep, I chatted with, tells me Dell doesn't do bait and switch (parapharsing) but her only resolve as well was to transfer me to Sales to purchase another item of interest (chat conversation saved to the computer)?
