I'm very upset that my account and tickets were cancelled for no reason and my account is locked up to where I cannot get in to get ANY kind of help regarding these issues. I was told by the event organizer my order was cancelled by you guys due to suspected fraud activity, when there was in fact no errors or fraud of any kind. Not only that, but I am the account and cardholder and my bank told me both orders money was received on your end. They do not see any kind of refund being processed. I feel as if I have been scammed and screwed out of events that were supposed to be an easy fun weekend. The money has not been sent back so i cannot repurchase the tickets before the event. If the money isn't returned in time to repurchase or my original tickets replaced. I will be furious and never use this service again and i will be suing for amount taken and goods not received. It was over $600.
