My car was paid off by my insurance and Gap insurance in 2015. Now I am receiving a collection letter here in 2020. We have not ever received a collection letter and received documentation from our insurance companies when our car was paid in Full after the accident. Why now are you all asking for $7,612.33??? This is an attempt to collect on a debt that has already been paid and settled after a collision that totaled the vehicle. Please call us back with some feedback!
