I have been trying to get my account for months. I have sent in my id and answered all questions asked. I have emails from so many different agents, yet I changed my phone number and can't access the authorization number due to it not being my number anymore. Yet I still can't access my account. Blizzard has done nothing to help me User's recommendation: Stay away.
