Accessibility to Help and Lack of Responsiveness

I have had a subscription to NFL GamePass since 2019. That year, I was able to access the channel and was happy with the service. Last year (2020) however, I couldn't access the channel due to the lost partnership between NFL and AT&;;;T. I asked multiple times for the subscription to be cancelled and a refund issued for the season. I have not had any response and yesterday it auto-renewed again. I still cannot access the channel, still cannot reach any representatives, and have been unsuccessful at cancelling the subscription. I am asking for your help to resolve these issues. I am requesting a refund for both 2020 and 2021, and to be taken off of the auto renewal/unsubscribed. User's recommendation: Don't sign up for NFL GamePass if you have AT&T service.
