I uploaded all of my income statements on time. Access Health never reviewed them and my policy was dropped and replaced with a high deductible double the cost worthless plan. I called before it happened but apparently it can take weeks to fix. They filed an escalation appeal. In the meantime I canny afford my asthma inhalers , now there’s also a $500 deductible for rx. So frustrating! Such incompetence!
