Access cut off

I subscribed to the service under a free trial. It was fine for a few days, then I was shut out of all access to the site with a message redirected too many times. I cleared cookies with no result. The site is still unavailable to me and there has been no answer to my questions. User's recommendation: Make sure you get what you pay for.
