On July 2015, last year we changed the 2 AC units (brand new) with Air Specialist company. On June 2016 the AC cooling system failed. Air Specialist came and repaired the leak. The units were under warranty. On October 30th, 2016, the heater exchanger from one of the units failed. They came and they told me that the part was under warranty but the labor cost for one hour and a half was 1400 dollars. After speaking to the service manager, the cost of the labor was reduced to 900 dollars. I think that after having paid to them 2 brand AC units a year and three months ago, the cost of 900 dollars for one hour and 15 min to change one part in the AC brand new unit is abusive. The service manger said that there were other materials involved. The truth is I saw that only the warranty part was changed.
