Abusive to say the least!

I called these people with a VERY sensitive matter. The person I spoke to (Robert) quoted me a ridiculous price, was rude and then put the phone down on me! I am disgusted – they are rude and unprofessional. I tried posting on Yell but they keep deleting my review – based on my expereince of them, I am guessing that all of the others are fake!
