Today I got on the marketplace, found this insurance so I called regarding specific coverage questions, then some questions that really required the customer service rep to research. She was on the phone with me for a complete hour and during the entire call, she was absolutely pleasant, sweet, helpful and patient. I enjoyed speaking with her and I kept her extension for future reference. No complaints here
