Absolutely The Worse Customer Service!!

Update by user Jul 18, 2021 Standard Insurance only resolved the issue when my HR Department contacted them and insisted that they overnight a check to me!Still no apology from Standard and I will be dropping my disability plans with them as soon as possible. I recommend people to stay away from Standard!!! Original review posted by user Jun 18, 2021 I called The Standard Insurance Company about my Short-Term Disability claim on 6/10/2021 and automated system couldn't locate my claim. The CSR spoke to me and I informed her that my name was incorrect, I was not born on 11/11/1902, and I was not a female. I then called a couple times the next few days and system couldn't locate my claim. On 6/14/2021 I called and spoke to a different CSR....information still not corrected. I then received a letter today, with incorrect name and when I called I immediately asked for a supervisor. She said, "We've processed your claim and mailed a check." They have mailed a check to me with incorrect DODname!!!
