My daughter was encouraged to swap from her existing phone to Huawei. She was initially very pleased as she liked the camera etc however a month after getting phone the button has become VERY hot indeed. Customer service if it can be called that after admitting it was likely a manufacturer fault then said it was because of a crack in screen that had made it unsafe to use. No phone should be used with a cracked screen!! How many people use phones with cracked screens and their phones don’t burn them!! She now faces £120 bill to get it repaired which as a cash strapped student is not easy find. Don’t whatever you do get one of these phones as anything goes wrong you will get no help!
