This company just so happens to be the extended warranty company for our sofa. If I knew they were a bunch of lying thieves, I would not have purchased their joke of a warranty. They won't cover anything...from rips, stains, to frame issues. What do they cover? Nothing. They take your money and run with it. I am now requesting a refund of my extendee warranty from the store we purchased it from, and they can try to recoup the losses from these weasels. The lady I spoke with on the phone today hung up on me because I told her what I thought of them. She didn't seem to care for my opinion. They missed a portion of the damages on my claim, and they won't do anything about it. I tried to call back, and no one would answer. They always answered my calls 100% of the time up until they denied my claims. Now tryinfmg to go back and tell them that they missed a portion of it is doing no good. What a waste. They are only embarassing themselves. I hope karma hits them someday and there will hopefully be a class action lawsuit against these clowns.
